Authentic HK taste and great value. I visited this cafe twice in one day for lunch and dinner. The food is authentic and reminds me of Hong Kong. I tried the curry brisket, 4 treasure rice bowl, pan-fried chicken with scallion oil, and the XO beef kweytiaw. Every dish had genuine flavors and very generous portions. It is excellent value for money. The shop is busy during the lunch rush, but the quality is consistent. Highly recommended for a practical, high-quality meal.

I would say this is a very authentic Hong Kong café. We had been craving Hong Kong soy sauce noodles ever since our trip to Hong Kong a few years back. While we were in Melbourne and looking for something to eat around the CBD area, we came across this café and decided to give it a try. I must say, the taste was truly authentic. It was much better than expected, especially for a Hong Kong–style dish outside of Hong Kong. A pleasant surprise and definitely worth a visit!

I came here after seeing it on tik Tok, and it didn’t disappoint! There was no wait on the Wednesday morning, and a QR code to order. I had a HK style lemon tea and the stir fried soy sauce noodles with a fried egg. Super generous serving and so yummy! Lots of other vegetarian options on the menu to try next time too.

The salty fish fried rice was really delicious. The fried treasure was good with the real soy sauce that comes with it. The curry chicken rice was tasty, and the French toast was good too. Everything came out quickly, the place is spotless, and I’d definitely come back for the fried rice for sure. Very affordable and friendly staff. What a nice surprise — I was going to try the cafe nearby but I’m glad I settled on this one!

Perfect little lunch spot as the food came quickly, there’s lots of seating, they offer delivery/takeaway and it was very affordable. I only got the beef satay noodle soup which was so delicious and a great portion size. There are a lot of options so I will definitely need to go back to try some more.

Authentic HK cafe food, lively and good vibes, quick service. The egg+cheese sandwich was amazing. The flat noodles in the egg/beef sauce were cooked to perfection. Really indulgent. Will be back

Genuine Hong Kong Style eatery. I was so surprised to find a genuine old school Hong Kong Style eatery in the middle of Melbourne. The menu was what I had expected from the name. Offering the same kind of simple, authentic quick and simple HK cafe meals. Bonus points because I could hear staff speaking Cantonese. The interior was the basic criteria for an Asian eatery, and they had self service water. A tap with sparkly water was a nice bonus. They also had self serve condiments. We had the stir fried beef rice noodles, and baked curry beef brisket/pepper beef combo. The serving size was generous and they price was great. I'll be back.

Saw the recommended on red note. Baked Chicken Rice Set with tomato sauce is really nice, love melted cheese but at the end is bit greasy, decent proportion. My partner ordered Four Treasures Rice which looks horrible to me. Is basically like a sandwich they just install four ingredients together and called it a meal. He doesn’t hate it but he said he preferred mine.(of course he did:) )For me I will never order this dish. HK Style Lemon Tea: HK style is the best one! You can definitely tastes the tea.Best HK lemon tea I ever had so far ! Lemon Honey is a naaa. Hong Kong Style French Toast looks really really greasy and sweet but tastes okay not that sweet just looks so wrong. Crispy Pineapple Bun with Butter not as good as I thought but is okay. Maybe the one I kept having in the past with the coconut on the top are all fake one …. Definitely worth a try! Will come back to try more next time~
